The 421 comfortable apartments in The Modernist are subdivided into studios, 2-, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments. These vary in size from 50m² to 115m². You will experience the full Rotterdam vibe in every apartment, because each one has an outdoor space with a view of the city. 333 apartments are rented out and 88 apartments will be sold.
The availability of rental apartments also offers advantages for business tenants of The Modernist: the cost of accommodating guests (whether from the Netherlands or abroad), temporary employees or expats is far clearer if you are providing the rental yourself.
